Romanticism, which is encapsulated by the works of Goya, Delacroix, Turner, and Constable, was followed by Realism, of which the French artists Courbet and Manet are most recalled right now. The art actions of the late 19th century and early 20th century, together with Impressionism, Fauvism, Expressionism, and Cubism, were steps away from earlier art actions that have been rooted in realism and capturing the encircling world with paint. I have been looking at this for quite a while and decided to purchase it as a “to me from me” for my birthday. We imagine that good art brings folks collectively, elevates living areas, and transforms lives.
